RATES

All rates are quoted in United States Dollar and Zambian kwacha. Other currencies such as British Pound, Euro, South African Rand and Botswana Pula may be used.

Activities are subject to availability.

RATES INCLUDE

Rates on SOME of the activities include Transfers to and from the Hotel, airport, Boarder or Livingstone town, meals or snacks and beverages and park fees.

That information will always be communicated at booking time.

RATE CHANGE

Due to the continued volatility in the international fuel price, which has a direct impact on the company’s operational costs, Archiz travel and tours reserves the right to immediate increase rates without prior notice.

Rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored.

PAYMENT

Archiz travel and tours reserves the right to accept and confirm bookings at their discretion.

Bookings will be confirmed once part or full payment has been made.

The following modes of payment are accepted: cash, visa and MasterCard cards,bank transfers and mobile money payments.

CHILDREN

Discounted children’s rates (4 to 11 years of age) apply to relevant activities such as Boat cruise, Game Drive, Victoria Falls and village tours etc.

Children under 4 years of age are free for relevant activities such as mentioned above.

Children must be accompanied by their parents/ guardians who will need to sign the relevant indemnities on their behalf.

In addition to passports, birth certificates for children will be required for excursions to other countries such as Botswana and Zimbabwe.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 7 days prior the activity.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the activity.

All No shows will be addressed the day after the activity has taken place.
